Introducing The INCITE Research Group (IRG)
The primary objective of the INCITE Research Group (IRG) is to furnish a foundation of factual information that can facilitate informed decision-making regarding the paramount economic and business matters confronting Asian organisations and their executive leaders. The INCITE Research Group was formed in 2023. Our core mission revolves around furnishing a bedrock of verifiable information to support decision-making processes concerning the most pivotal economic and business challenges faced by Asian enterprises and policy makers across the region.
Our endeavours are enriched by the diverse spectrum of INCITE’s regional, sector-specific, and functional expertise, adding to our proficiency and skills. Nevertheless, the guidance and choices related to content direction rest solely in the hands of IRG's directors and partners.

Our goal is to conduct impartial, evidence-based research and analysis. None of our work is initiated or financially backed by any business, governmental body, or other institution. Our findings are shared with the public without charge, and our funding is solely provided by INCITE’s partners.
While IRG collaborates with numerous esteemed external advisors who contribute to our work, the insights presented in our publications remain the sole perspective of IRG, and any inaccuracies are our responsibility.
Guiding Leadership
IRG is under the guidance of Rachit Srivastava, a partner at INCITE. Moreover, IRG routinely seeks input from a panel of senior partners from INCITE, constituting the IRG Council. This council's function involves assisting IRG in shaping its research agenda, spearheading impactful research initiatives, and disseminating discoveries to global decision-makers.
Collaboration
Project teams are spearheaded by IRG partners, along with a group of senior fellows, and encompass consultants from INCITE's Asian offices. These teams leverage INCITE's network of partners and industry experts, particularly from Asia, to drive their endeavors in the realm of industry and management
