Our Professional Code of Conduct
Incite is committed to making a positive social impact through our work with our clients and in the way we run our firm. Our code of professional conduct defines a set of expectations for the behaviour of all firm members. It serves as a guide to help colleagues understand the core elements of our policies and how those policies are anchored in our values. We expect all colleagues to comply with this code of professional conduct and we expect others working on our behalf, such as contractors, advisors, and other suppliers, to act in a manner that is consistent with our code.
Aligned with our dedication to inclusivity and diversity, we strive to foster a work environment that uplifts, motivates, and honours all our colleagues, applicants, and clients. It is our expectation that every member of our organisation can operate in a harassment-free and discrimination-free setting. As a company, we acknowledge and embrace our responsibility to promote environmental sustainability within our operations and office spaces.
We actively take measures to minimize our ecological impact. Furthermore, we collaborate with clients from various sectors - private, public, and social - across Asia to support their efforts in addressing climate change. Incite takes a strong stance against any form of bribery and corruption. We explicitly prohibit the offering or acceptance of bribes and kickbacks, and we are fully committed to adhering to anti-corruption laws in all jurisdictions where we operate.
Our code of professional conduct and policies apply universally to all members and affiliates of our firm. Any concerns regarding potential misconduct, violations of laws, policies, values, or professional conduct within our organisation must be promptly reported. Any suspected breaches of our code, policies, values, or the law will be thoroughly reviewed, leading to appropriate actions being taken. We strictly forbid any form of retaliation against individuals who, in good faith, seek advice, raise concerns, or actively participate in investigations.
